How it Works

An area on private property like a double garage is strongly recommended to minimize any sort of contamination during the window tint installation. It will need to be able to have your car doors fully open and enough room to move freely around the vehicle free from boxes and other trip hazards. While, window tinting is possible in lots of places, outside in windy, dusty conditions is unsuitable!  For instance, carports may not be suitable. Adequate lighting (the brighter the better)!

Vehicle parking spaces under buildings, also known as basement car parks, council property or land, car parking spaces in shopping center's are not classed as your private property, even though you might work there. You will need permission from management. 

Some electrical equipment will be needed in the process of the window tint installation. A nearby power point will need to be accessible. 

All the work equipment and tools, including the window tint film are stored in the Shady Mobile, so therefore I will need to park my work car reasonably close to your vehicle to tint it. 

Please remove any child restraint and booster seats. These are often mounted so tightly in the seat that it is difficult to access the rear window. The cleaner the vehicle, the less chance of contamination. Also remove anything that could be damaged by moisture in the trunk. We use a solution in the installation process and it could drip onto these items if they are left in the trunk.
